GRADUATION FROM AN ACCREDITED COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY WITH A BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN BUSINESS OR PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, URBAN STUDIES, OR RELATED FIELD;
TWO (2) YEARS OF RELATED EXPERIENCE WITH GRANTS, CAPITAL PROJECTS, SPECIAL PROJECTS OR RELATED PROJECTS;
MASTER’S DEGREE PREFERRED;
