City Lien Search requests are submitted in writing to the City Clerk's Office and must include the following information in your request:

Whether request is for a standard or expedited lein search should be indicated. Please include a stamped, self-addressed envelope. Check for payment is to be enclosed with the lien requst letter. All lien letters will be mailed whether or not the faxed response service is selected. For additional information please call (954) 457-1340, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
