Registration Process
- Complete and sign the Enrollment Form
- Attach a voided check (write the word VOID across the front of a blank check) or savings deposit slip corresponding to the account that you would like debited each month
- Return the form and voided check or savings deposit slip to:
City of Hallandale Beach
c/o Commercial Division
400 South Federal Highway
Hallandale Beach, Florida 33009.
You can also drop the form off at the Cashiers window at City Hall, 400 South Federal Highway, or put it in the night payment drop box next to the Cashiers window.
Note
Please continue to pay your monthly bill as you normally would until you see the words "Bank Drafted – Do Not Pay" printed on your bill.
You will only be allowed to sign up for this service through the mail if the name on the Utility Account is the same as the name on the bank account. If the names are different you must apply for this service in person at the City of Hallandale Beach, Cashier counter. A picture ID will be required.
