Encroachment Agreement Restrictive Covenant

Overview

All permits that include parking aprons in the City's right-of-way (the area that extends from the property line to the street) require the owner to submit with his/her permit application the "Encroachment Agreement Restrictive Covenant". The owner must sign and record the agreement in the Broward County Public Records.
