Overview
The Utilities Divison coordinates water plant activities for water production, treatment and distribution, to ensure the needs of the City for potable water and fire protection are met continuously. This divison also ensures the sanitary collection and disposal of wastewater throughout the City. This division also assures that storm drains are kept clean and oversees the continuous monitoring, sampling, testing and survey work to comply with mandatory Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards set forth by the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) regulations.
